I'm not happy with the printers I used because about half of the books turned up a little creased in the corner. I'll still sell these, but at a discount. The next idea is to print in China. One quick Google later and I've emailed one that looks good and has lots of reviews and awards. I've emailed them a PDF and asked for a proof. They're called Regal Printing, based in Hong Kong. They do a minimum run of 1,000 for £1.63 each. I'm following up to see if that includes postage as 1,000 will weigh a lot.
