I'm now trying to work out how best to sell rights when I'm in Bologna next March. Lynette Owen (author of Selling Rights) kindly got in contact via the UKPA and suggested to look more closely at conditions, and whether or not I want to get involved in printing and distribution.
Although I want to sell foreign language rights, I don't think I want to get involved with printing and distribution - I think my path will be in selling the rights to the Intellectual Property (IP) - ie the English story and illustrations.
