Why is Blogger So Rubbish?

Even when I select the blog font to be "Default" and the size to be "Normal" my blogs still come out different every time. How can it be so hard. Google wake up and fix it.

    I don't know why it's not working - but if I paste into Word then copy it seems to work better.
